Walkthrough

See the real build, not a mockup.

A short walkthrough of the broker assistant running on real data. WhatsApp on the front, your portal feed and calendar in the back. Tap play.

What it does

Four things, well. Not a chatbot.

It uses your real data through tools. It books real slots. It never makes up a listing.

01

Replies in seconds, day or night.

Inbound WhatsApp lead at 23:47? It's answered before your competitor sees it. No working hours.

02

Qualifies like an agent, not a form.

Budget, area, bedrooms, buy or rent, timeline. Conversational, in the buyer's language, before passing to a human.

03

Reads your live listings.

Pulls straight from your Bayut and Property Finder XML feeds. Never invents a price. Never invents a property.

04

Sold? Offers alternatives, books the viewing.

If the listing's gone, it says so, suggests three similar ones that are actually available, and books the viewing into the agent's calendar.

How it goes live

Connect. Plug in. Live in days.

Same rhythm as our scan-build-run model on the main site, just shorter. Brokers don't have time for a 10-week project.

1

Connect your WhatsApp number.

Your existing WhatsApp Business number or a new one we provision. No new app for buyers to install.

2

Plug in your portal feed.

Bayut, Property Finder, or your CRM's XML feed. Listings stay in sync automatically. Prices, availability, photos, the lot.

3

Live in days.

We test against your real listings, train on your tone, and hand over. Your team sees every conversation in WhatsApp itself.

Not a chatbot

It uses your real data through tools. It books real slots. It never makes up a listing. If it doesn't know, it says so and pings a human. Every conversation lands in WhatsApp itself, visible to your agents.

Target outcomes

We're new in real estate. So we're showing you the target, not a fake case study.

These are the outcomes we're committing to with the first broker pilots. Pulled from response-time and conversion data we've benchmarked against shipped builds in the same category.

We'll publish the real numbers, with named brokerages, the moment they're live.

AED 561,168 / year

AED 46,764 / month at an average reply time, vs. the same volume answered inside 5 minutes.

A WhatsApp assistant at this volume would typically recover AED 32,735 per month, plus the things harder to put a number on: consistency, instant qualification, and time freed up to close.

Straight answers

What brokers actually ask.

Which languages does it actually handle?
Arabic (Gulf dialect, MSA) and English, matched to whatever the buyer writes in. It switches mid-conversation if the buyer does. The Arabic isn't translated English: the tone is built for Gulf buyers.
Which portal feeds do you connect to?
Bayut XML and Property Finder XML are the two we plug into out of the box. We can also read from a custom CRM export or a Google Sheet. If your stack is something else, mention it in the demo call and we'll tell you in 10 minutes if it's a fit.
Does it use my existing WhatsApp number, or a new one?
Either works. We can provision a fresh number for the assistant, or run it on top of your existing WhatsApp Business number. Your agents see every conversation in WhatsApp itself, exactly like a teammate.
Where does our data live?
Inside your existing systems. The assistant reads from your portal feed, reads and writes to your calendar, and uses your WhatsApp Business inbox. We don't centralise your leads or listings into a Bottleneck AI database. For the AI itself, we pick the best generative model per use case and check the model's compliance posture against the data it'll touch before we ship.
Can it book into our actual calendars?
Yes. Google Calendar and Outlook 365 are supported directly. The assistant checks the agent's real availability, books the viewing, and confirms to the buyer in WhatsApp. The agent gets a calendar invite and a WhatsApp ping.
What does it never do?
It never invents a listing, a price, or an availability. If it doesn't know, it says so and offers to put a human in the loop. It also doesn't push buyers towards listings that aren't actually available.
